Exchange, refund and return policies.

We do not accept refunds or returns. However, exchanges are allowed for size-related issues, with customers responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange process.

To initiate an exchange, please ensure the following:

• The request is made within 5 working days from the date of delivery.
• The product is returned in its original, unused condition.

Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly dispatch the replacement.

Please note:
Exchanges will not be processed in cases of product damage or if the wrong product is returned.
